I really didn’t want to like a drug dealer. Yet along the way, I kinda fell in love with Cash, and with Bartlett’s writing. I love the characters she creates, I love the way they interact, the way they speak.
In Cash and the Sorority Girl, the third book in the series, Cash and Nate help Laurel solve multiple rape cases at frat parties. One of the things I love with Bartlett’s books is how she manages to make me laugh so hard one second and break my heart the next. She did it every time with the Dirty Trilogy, she keeps doing it with Cash Braddock’s adventures.
