What an adventure! The journey of Erin and Molly from Ohio to Oregon, adopting five children on the way, is breathtaking, despite being slightly repetitive at times. K’Anne Meinel’s Cavalcade feels like a yellowed postcard of pioneers brought to life. The landscapes the family rides through were so vividly described I felt like I was actually seeing them.
